Job summary

LINK PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (REDWOOD) PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily mall facilities management, including M&E and soft services, with accountability for safety, compliance and tenant satisfaction. You will plan preventive maintenance, oversee AEI projects, manage contractors and ensure budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building/Facilities Management or related discipline.
• WSQ certifications preferred.
• FSM, Green Mark Safety Manager and/or Environmental Control Officer certs will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day mall operations, maintenance and upkeep with full accountability for M&E and soft services.
• Plan, manage and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems and building services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, compliance and standards.
• Oversee tenancy fit-out and reinstatement works, approvals and inspections.
• Support AEI and capital projects within approved budgets and timelines.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships and resolve issues with minimal disruption.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, fire safety and workplace safety standards.
• Oversee procurement processes for M&E works and services.
• Analyze performance data to improve service delivery and cost efficiency.
