Job summary

WiseNet Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Leasing professional to join its retail real estate team in Singapore. You will lead leasing activities, maximise occupancy, negotiate leases and manage tenancy relations for mall properties.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ leasing experience in retail real estate.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to maximise rental and occupancy and optimise tenancy mix.
• Perform market research to identify and secure new market segments.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract tenants.
• Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.
• Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Responsible for leasing department productivity and budgetary performance.
• Responsible for all aspects of lease management.
• Any other duties as assigned.
