Job summary

PERENNIAL (SINGAPORE) RETAIL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a leasing professional to help steer the mall leasing process, optimise occupancy, and curate a compelling tenancy mix.

You will conduct market analysis, attract suitable tenants, and manage lease negotiations to drive overall performance. The role requires a real estate/marketing-related degree and at least two years of leasing experience in retail real estate, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 2 years' experience in the leasing function in a retail real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of tenancy agreement process and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate.
• Motivated, resourceful and proactive, thrives under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy and optimise tenancy mix.
• Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property.
• Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.
• Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department.
• Responsible for all aspects of lease management.
• Any other duties as assigned.
