Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an organized Leasing administrative role in Singapore to support the leasing team, manage marketing databases, and handle lease-related documentation in a fast-paced shopping mall environment.

Responsibilities include tenant relations, preparing lease documents, and coordinating with lawyers and other stakeholders to ensure timely financial and occupancy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Estate Management or Business Administration preferred.
• Strong communication and written skills required.
• Good understanding of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties and support to Leasing team.
• Maintaining the leasing & marketing databases and handle leasing enquiries.
• Preparation of lease documentations and other related documents.
• Maintain good relationship with tenants and liaise with lawyers, IRAS, etc on lease-related matters.
• Provide support for meetings and preparation of reports.
• Track and ensure timely follow up of financial transactions such as tenancy arrears, refund of security amount, etc
