Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented leasing administrator to support leasing documentation and tenant records for a premier retail mall.

You will maintain tenant and lease data, track critical dates, coordinate execution of tenancy documents, and liaise with Leasing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues. This role emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, strong communication, and the ability to manage large volumes of paperwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• At least two years of lease administration or tenancy-management experience in commercial/retail property.
• Familiarity with tenancy agreements, billing instructions and lease-management systems.
• Meticulous and organized with ability to manage large volumes of documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process and maintain leasing documentation, including letters of offer, tenancy agreements, licences and renewal documents.
• Maintain accurate tenant and lease information within the lease-management system.
• Track critical lease dates, option periods, renewal deadlines, security deposits and insurance documentation.
• Coordinate the execution, stamping and filing of tenancy-related documents.
• Prepare billing instructions for rental, service charges, deposits and other tenant-related charges.
• Liaise with Leasing, Legal, Finance, Operations and tenants to resolve documentation and administrative matters.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare tenancy schedules, occupancy reports, lease-expiry reports and other management information.
• Support audit exercises and ensure lease records are complete, accurate and properly maintained.
• Assist with tenant handovers, renewals, terminations and reinstatement administration.
