Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Customer Service / Information Counter as the first point of contact.
• Attend to shoppers' and tenants' enquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Assist in mall promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Handle voucher sales and redemptions.
• Support Loyalty Programme enquiries and redemptions.
• Support the upkeep and presentation of the mall.
• Maintain high service standards and perform administrative duties.
