Job summary

Knight Frank is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a bustling Retail / Shopping Mall environment. You will serve as the key point of contact for shoppers and tenants, ensuring a pleasant and seamless mall experience.

This role involves handling inquiries, assisting with promotions, and supporting loyalty programme redemptions. The position requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a 6-day rotating shift including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle enquiries, requests and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Customer Service / Information Counter as the first point of contact
• Attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ enquiries, requests, and feedback
• Assist in mall promotions, events, and campaigns
• Handle voucher sales and redemptions
• Support Loyalty Programme enquiries and redemptions
• Support the upkeep and presentation of the mall
• Maintain high service standards and perform administrative duties
• Able to work on a 6-day rotating shift, including weekends and Public Holidays
