Job summary

Knight Frank Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Retail / Shopping Mall) to be the first point of contact for shoppers and tenants, ensuring a pleasant mall experience. You will manage enquiries, assist promotions, handle vouchers, and support loyalty programmes while maintaining strong service standards.

This role requires a 6-day rotating shift including weekends and public holidays. Prior mall or concierge experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a supportive

• Minimum 1 year of experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge services.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Customer Service / Information Counter as the first point of contact.
• Attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ enquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Assist in mall promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Handle voucher sales and redemptions.
• Support Loyalty Programme enquiries and redemptions.
• Support the upkeep and presentation of the mall.
• Maintain high service standards and perform administrative duties.
