Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in shopping mall customer service, hospitality, hotel concierge, retail operations or related environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service to shoppers and tenants, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Attend to enquiries, feedback, complaints and service requests with timely resolution.
• Manage daily operations of the Customer Service Counter and handle loyalty programmes and promotions.
• Support mall marketing campaigns, events and shopper engagement initiatives.
