Mala Restaurant invites applications for a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager role to lead daily operations across our Singapore outlets. You will oversee service flow, supervise staff, and ensure best-in-class guest experiences.

The role requires 2-3 years in restaurant management, strong leadership, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. We sponsor Food Hygiene training; competitive salary, staff meals, performance bonuses, and career growth await the successful candidate.

Bukit Panjang, Paya Lebar, Kent Ridge (NUS), Jurong West (NTU), Sembawang, Orchard, Simei, Serangoon, Bugis, Lentor , Lavender , Punggol (UPCOMING!)

Working Hours:

9 / 10 Hours/Day, 5.5 / 6 -Day Work Week

Job Description:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in restaurant management
