SHAN LI YOU is a Singapore-based restaurant brand looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead outlet operations at Jewel Changi Airport. You will oversee service, sales, people and cost control, ensuring quality and brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

We require 3+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to roster shifts including weekends and public holidays. Fluent English is essential for operations and guest service.

Restaurant Manager

SALARY

S$4,500-S$5,500 per month

ROLE SUMMARY

Lead outlet operations, service, sales, people and cost control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily outlet opening, service and closing operations.
• Plan staff rosters, training and performance follow-up.
• Monitor sales, guest feedback, cash handling, inventory and costs.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and company operating standards.
• Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of restaurant operations or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work rostered shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to communicate in English for workplace operations and customer service.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

10 net working hours plus 2 hours of meal and rest breaks per day; 5.5 rest days per month; rostered shifts.

Salary range is inclusive of basic salary and fixed overtime allowance. Overtime is compensated at 1.5x the hourly basic rate in accordance with the Employment Act.
