Job summary

CTES Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join the team. You will provide maintenance-focused operation support, coordinate with external service partners, and ensure service performance meets SLAs while driving process optimization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree and 2+ years in maintenance operations or vendor management, with strong communication and analytical skills, and familiarity with CMMS or procurement tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in maintenance operation support or vendor management.
• Experience with SLA management and end-to-end business process optimization.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS or procurement tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance operation support and coordinate with internal teams.
• Engage with external partners and monitor SLA performance.
• Address service gaps and conduct vendor performance reviews.
• Optimize maintenance workflows for efficiency.
• Track operation metrics and prepare reports for decisions.
• Support internal workflows and service procurement applications.
• Undertake ad-hoc operational tasks to facilitate end-to-end service operations.
