Job summary

LINK2 Manpower Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Planning Support to assist plant facilities operations in planning and coordinating maintenance activities, procurement, and vendor management. The role supports expense administration and inventory control.

The candidate should have a diploma/degree in engineering planning or related discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel/Office skills and the ability to work with Ariba for procurement and payments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering Planning, Procurement or a related discipline.
• Preferably more than 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with relevant internal teams and external vendors.
• Follow up on planned maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain proper preventive and corrective maintenance records and documentation.
• Source and request quotations (RFQs) from approved vendors for maintenance services and equipment.
• Support procurement of equipment, maintenance materials, spare parts and related services.
• Negotiate and evaluate vendor quotations where required.
• Coordinate vendor service schedules and monitor service quality.
• Follow up on vendor-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain vendor records and support annual vendor evaluations.
• Verify completion of vendor parts deliveries and maintenance works.
• Support month-end closing for vendor Delivery Orders and service completion records.
• Support SOE budget planning and expense tracking.
• Monitor Statement of Expense (SOE) spending against budget forecasts.
• Update monthly expenses and align expenditure with maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance on expense reconciliation.
• Initiate Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO) and payment processing through Ariba.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Finance teams to resolve invoice or system discrepancies.
• Receive and issue maintenance-related materials and purchases.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Maintain organised records of tools, consumables and maintenance materials.
• Support compliance with storage procedures, safety policies and housekeeping requirements.
