Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable IT Operations and Governance specialist to oversee vendor and maintenance activities, monitor patching and vulnerability findings, and manage system lifecycle planning.

The role includes reviewing logs, coordinating license and subscription renewals, and supporting risk assessments with robust documentation. Candidates should have experience in IT operations, governance, and service management, with strong coordination skills and familiarity

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, system administration, or ICT governance.
• Familiarity with patch management, vulnerability management, access management, and system lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of IT service management, change management, SLAs, and operational governance.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with external vendors or service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendors' and maintenance teams' operations and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with contractual, operational, and security requirements.
• Monitor system patching activities, vulnerability assessment findings, and remediation progress.
• Track and coordinate licence, certificate, and subscription renewals.
• Review system and application logs to identify potential security or operational issues.
• Monitor End-of-Support (EOS) and End-of-Life (EOL) timelines and support system lifecycle planning.
• Support system risk assessments and maintain relevant risk and compliance registers.
• Manage user accounts, periodic access reviews, and account hygiene activities.
• Review monthly maintenance and performance reports against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards.
• Ensure the consistent use of standardised maintenance reports, templates, and documentation.
• Support change management activities, including the review, coordination, and tracking of Change Requests.
• Support system decommissioning activities, including data retention, documentation, and contract closure.

Job Type: Full-Time Contract role (Subjected to renewal / conversion)

Key Responsibilities
