Job summary

Singapore Island Country Club is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for a 5-day workweek to keep our premier facilities in optimal condition. You will handle routine repairs across our golf and country club premises, including electrical, HVAC, AV systems and equipment in the kitchen areas.

You will collaborate with external contractors, respond to internal service requests, ensure safety compliance, maintain records, and support day-to-day operations with minimal business disruption.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily rectification and repair work across facilities (leaks, lighting, AC, AV and kitchen equipment).
• Respond to service calls from other departments to troubleshoot issues.
• Work with contractors to manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure maintenance work minimizes disruption and follows safety measures.
• Maintain records of maintenance and service activities.

MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST - 5 days a week

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle daily rectification and repair work in the facility such as leak, choke, lightings issue, air condition, Audio Visual and sound system, kitchen equipment, painting, etc.

• Respond to service call form other department personnel relating to maintenance issue to ensure prompt action and trouble shoot breakdowns and defects.

• Work closely with contractors to manage day to day operations.

• Ensure all facilities maintenance works are carried out with the least disruption to the business operations with appropriate with appropriate safety measures.

• Understand and abide to risk assessments.

• Maintain and ensure minimum supplies of technical equipment for prompt service delivery at all times.

• Keeping a record of all the day to day maintenance and service activities taken in the facility.

• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
