The Singapore Island Country Club in Singapore invites applications for the role of Golf Assistant (Golf Receptionist). You will be the first point of contact at the Golf Counter, welcoming members and guests and delivering a friendly, efficient service.

As the first point of contact at the Golf Counter, the Golf Assistant (Golf Receptionist) plays an important role in delivering a welcoming and efficient experience for Club members and guests.
The role is primarily member-facing and involves attending to enquiries, coordinating golf bookings and competitions, supporting handicapping administration, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Golf Department.
You will work closely with the Golf Admin and Operations team and relevant Club departments to ensure that members receive timely and accurate assistance on all matters relating to golf.
Attend to Club members and guestsat the Golf Counter, providing friendly, professional and efficient assistance on all golf-related enquiries.
Manage golf bookings and reservations, including timesheet bookings, tee-time arrangements, course reservations and private golf competitions.
Liaise with members on golf competitions, including registration, draws, competition information, scoring, results and other related enquiries.
Handle members' handicapping enquiriesand provide timely follow-up on handicap-related matters.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly handicapping administration and reportsusing the Club's handicapping system (CHS), including coordination with the Singapore Golf Association (SGA) where required.
Support on golf operations and handicapping matters, including attending Handicapping Committee meetings and carrying out relevant follow-up actions.
Assist with the organisation and administration of golf events and tournaments, including registration, scoring and other operational requirements.
Coordinate reciprocal and affiliated club bookings, including liaising with external clubs, confirming arrangements and following up on members' requests.
Prepare and manage golf-related communications and documentation, including notices, circulars, correspondence, reports and other administrative records.
