ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a 1-year contract to support cold-chain and transport refrigeration operations in Singapore. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:42am to 5:00pm, with transportation provided to site access and commutes.

You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitor expenses, liaise with vendors, and manage procurement including RFQs, POs, and invoice processing.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or facilities operations is advantageous.
• Willing to support overtime as required.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to support operational requirements.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and prepare reports
• Liaise with vendors on service schedules, quotations, and performance follow-up.
• Manage procurement processes, including RFQs, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing through relevant systems.
• Verify service completion, deliveries, and maintenance records for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain spare parts inventory, tools, and store documentation while supporting workplace safety standards.
