Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Facility Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of its facilities and equipment.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate repairs, manage contractors, monitor maintenance schedules and safety compliance, and maintain records while supporting facility improvement projects and reporting to Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Mechatronics or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance or project experience
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or industrial environments
• Knowledge of facility management, equipment maintenance and safety standards
• Experience managing contractors/vendors
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with industrial refrigeration, automated material handling systems or ASRS is an advantage

Our client is a leading logistics and cold chain company looking for a Facility Maintenance Executive to support the smooth and reliable operation of its facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support facility maintenance and improvement projects

Details

• Mandai Link
• $4,000 – $4,500/month
• Mon–Fri: 8.00am – 5.00pm | Sat: 8.00am – 12.00pm
• Working hours will subsequently transition to a 5-day work week
