Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Operations/Logistics Support role to assist with TLD handling, collections, and client site activities in Singapore.

You will perform hands-on tasks, coordinate courier logistics, manage records, and provide friendly on-site support to healthcare clients. This role partners with e2i to connect workers with opportunities.

Experience in admin and customer service is valued; training on TLD processes will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Label and apply TLD labels.
• Sleeve TLDs.
• Cut plastic covers for TLDs.
• Handle yellow rings and TLD returns for calibration purposes.
• Support the processing and return of TLDs for clients.
• Manage customer collections and returns.
• Coordinate courier collections and deliveries.
• Maintain and update collection and return records.
• Prepare, organize, and file collection and return documentation.
• Answer incoming phone calls and customer enquiries.
• Maintain manual records and documentation.
• Assist with daily mailroom operations and administrative tasks.
• Provide on-site operational support for client activities as assigned.
• Assist with the collection, delivery, and return of equipment to client sites, including hospitals and other designated locations.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection and return of equipment.
