Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented candidate to support TLD handling, collections, returns, and general administrative tasks. You will also provide on-site support for client activities and assist with equipment collection, delivery, and returns to client sites, including hospitals.

This role works in partnership with e2i to connect workers with employment opportunities and skills upgrading, while ensuring smooth operations and timely documentation across all processes.

Responsibilities

• TLD Handling: Label and apply TLD labels.
• Sleeve TLDs.
• Cut plastic covers for TLDs.
• Handle yellow rings and TLD returns for calibration purposes.
• Support the processing and return of TLDs for clients.
• Collect and manage customer collections and returns.
• Coordinate courier collections and deliveries.
• Maintain and update collection and return records.
• Prepare, organize, and file collection and return documentation.
• Provide on-site operational support for client activities and assist with collection, delivery, and return of equipment to client sites, including hospitals and other designated locations.
