Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an on-site Operations Support professional to assist with TLD handling, collections, and client-site activities. This role focuses on efficient admin, documentation, and responsive customer service.

You will coordinate courier collections and returns, support mailroom tasks, and provide hands-on equipment movement assistance at client locations, including hospitals, ensuring timely and accurate processes.

Responsibilities

• TLD (Thermoluminescent Dosimeter) handling, labeling, sleeve preparation and calibration-related tasks.
• Collection & return management: coordinate courier collections, maintain records and documentation.
• Administrative & customer support: answer calls, handle inquiries, maintain manual records, assist mailroom tasks.
• Client support duties: provide on-site operational support and assist with equipment collection, delivery, and returns at client sites.

Job Responsibilities

1. 1. TLD (Thermoluminescent Dosimeter) Handling
   
   
   
   • Label and apply TLD labels.
   
   
   • Sleeve TLDs.
   
   
   • Cut plastic covers for TLDs.
   
   
   • Handle yellow rings and TLD returns for calibration purposes.
   
   
   • Support the processing and return of TLDs for clients.
   
   
   
   


2. 2. Collection & Return Management
   
   
   
   • Manage customer collections and returns.
   
   
   • Coordinate courier collections and deliveries.
   
   
   • Maintain and update collection and return records.
   
   
   • Prepare, organize, and file collection and return documentation.
   
   
   
   


3. 3. Administrative & Customer Support
   
   
   
   • Answer incoming phone calls and customer enquiries.
   
   
   • Maintain manual records and documentation.
   
   
   • Assist with daily mailroom operations and administrative tasks.
   
   
   
   


4. 4. Client Support Duties
   
   
   
   • Provide on-site operational support for client activities as assigned.
   
   
   • Assist with the collection, delivery, and return of equipment to client sites, including hospitals and other designated locations.
   
   
   • Coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection and return of equipment.
