Job summary

SPS UK&I LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a Team Leader for our mailroom operations. The role focuses on delivering professional customer service to clients, supervising mailroom staff, and ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing items.

You will manage daily reporting, uphold SPS guidelines, coordinate local and international courier activities, and maintain accuracy and security of mail handling. English fluency and flexibility to work shifts are required.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years’ experience in mailroom / customer service environment.
• Mailroom operations
• Able to work shifts
• Use of computers and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Command of English is required for speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer service and maintain professionalism when dealing with clients.
• Manage mailroom team members and provide guidance per SOP and SPS guidelines.
• Report and resolve client feedback to operation executive within the stipulated time frame.
• Perform daily and monthly reporting functions.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing items for local and international courier.
• Ensure onsite team adheres to SPS policies and procedures.
• Perform mail rounds and distribute mails.
