Job summary

TRANSNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN LOGISTICS PTE LTD is seeking a mailroom assistant for a contract role based in Singapore. The job involves distributing mails, coordinating mailroom requests, and maintaining filing systems in a fast-paced office environment.

You will handle outgoing and registered mails, respond to emails and calls, and assist with inventory of mailroom supplies. Training will be provided, with contract until 30 November 2026 and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage mail distribution and filing accurately.
• Ability to respond professionally to emails and calls.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced mailroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute mails to individuals/departments.
• Act as contact for mailroom emails/calls and coordinate requests.
• Prepare and file acknowledgement slips.
• Ensure timely delivery of outgoing mails to courier/post office.
• File and archive documents/records.
• Frank outgoing mails accurately and timely.
• Maintain mailroom supplies.
• Process outgoing registered mails locally and overseas.
• Move mail bags, parcels, documents; lift up to 8 kg.
• A trolley provided to assist movement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
