Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Mailroom Lead to oversee daily operations, ensure SOP compliance, and uphold accuracy and customer service standards.

You will guide the team, coordinate courier items, and prepare operational reports while maintaining security and cleanliness at the Central (Raffles) location. Salary up to SGD 4,000 per month with a performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mailroom team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide guidance to team members and uphold accuracy and customer service.
• Handle daily client communications, enquiries, and operational issues.
• Coordinate mail collection, sorting, franking, and distribution.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing local and international courier items.
• Prepare daily/monthly operational reports.
• Maintain mailroom security and compliance with policies.

• Mon-Fri, 8.30AM - 6PM

Job Scope :

• Lead and manage the mailroom team, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to SOPs and company guidelines.
• Provide guidance to team members and maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.
• Handle daily client communications, enquiries, feedback, and operational issues, escalating matters when required.
• Perform mail collection, sorting, security screening, franking, and distribution.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing local and international courier items.
• Prepare daily/monthly operational reports and ensure documents are processed accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Monitor mailroom cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Handle and move items within the client’s premises when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
