This partnership with e2i provides a bridge between workers and employers to address manpower needs and offer job-related guidance and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, parcels and courier items
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail and courier shipments
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing items
• Coordinate with courier companies and internal staff
• Maintain mailroom supplies and organisation
• Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and document delivery
• Handle documents securely and maintain confidentiality
