Job summary

Singapore Post is seeking a reliable delivery driver to join our team. You will operate company vehicles to deliver and collect mails and parcels, maintain accurate status in the in-house application, and report issues promptly.

You must hold a valid Singapore Driving License, be comfortable using a smartphone, and communicate in English with customers and supervisors. Training is provided; a 5-day work week and various allowances apply.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Driving License.
• Familiar with the functions of a smartphone.
• Able to read and write English for manuals and customer communication.
• Singaporean candidates with/without relevant experience as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance checks on assigned vehicle and report faults.
• Sort and allocate mails and parcels as required.
• Deliver/collect mails and parcels (10–30 kg) to/from locations using company vehicles.
• Monitor and track delivery/collection status in the in-house application in real time.
• Regularly update delivery/collection progress in the in-house application for accuracy.
• Communicate with supervisor, customers, or stakeholders to resolve issues or delays.
• Report discrepancies, delays or issues to supervisor for resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Perform daily maintenance checks on assigned company's vehicle and report for any fault discovered
• Perform general sorting and allocation of mails and parcels
• Operate company vehicles to deliver / collect mail items and parcels (ranging from 10-30kg) at / to assigned locations
• Monitor and track the delivery / collection status using in-house application in real-time
• Regularly update delivery / collection progress within the in-house application to ensure accuracy
• Communicate with supervisor, customers, or other stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays
• Report any discrepancies, delays, or issues to supervisor for resolution
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Driving License
• Familiar with the functions of a smartphone
• Able to speak and write English as the work required reading in English manual and for communication to customers
• We welcome Singaporean candidates with/without relevant experiences as training will be provided

Additional Information

• 5 days of work week
• Monthly Basic Salary + Vehicle Allowance + Annual Wage Supplement + Variable Bonus + Medical coverage for employee & immediate dependents + Flexi Benefit + Operations Incentive (based on monthly KPIs)
