Job summary

SING LEE CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. is seeking an Admin & Sales Executive to support our excavator machinery rental business. This role combines customer service, sales coordination and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

The successful candidate will handle enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate bookings and manage customer records, while maintaining relationships that drive repeat business. Training is provided for those with motorized equipment rental experience.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, responsible and able to multitask.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Sales or machinery rental experience is an advantage, but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming machinery rental enquiries.
• Prepare machinery rental quotations and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate rental bookings with machinery owners and operators.
• Maintain customer relationships and develop repeat business.
• Prepare rental agreements, delivery orders and invoices.
• Maintain rental schedules and customer records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with accounts and machinery operations.
