Job summary

Sing Lee Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an Admin & Sales Executive to support its excavator machinery rental business. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate bookings, and nurture customer relationships, while also managing administrative tasks like invoices and rental documents.

The role requires strong communication skills, organisation, and basic MS Office proficiency. Experience in sales or machinery rental is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, responsible and able to multitask.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Sales or machinery rental experience is an advantage, but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming machinery rental enquiries.
• Prepare machinery rental quotations and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate rental bookings with machinery owners and operators.
• Maintain customer relationships and develop repeat business.
• Prepare rental agreements, delivery orders and invoices.
• Maintain rental schedules and customer records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with accounts and machinery operations.
