Job summary

SING LEE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Admin & Sales Executive to support our excavator machinery rental business.

You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate bookings with owners and operators to ensure smooth daily rental operations. Join a friendly team where you will maintain customer records, issue rental documents, follow up on payments and collaborate with accounts to keep operations on track.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Organised, responsible and able to multitask.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Sales or machinery rental experience is an advantage, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming machinery rental enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate rental bookings with owners and operators.
• Maintain customer relationships and develop repeat business.
• Prepare rental agreements, delivery orders and invoices.
• Maintain rental schedules and customer records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with accounts and machinery operations.
