kopitiam investment pte. ltd. is seeking an Area Manager to plan, implement, and monitor regional operations across multiple stores in Singapore.

You will travel between locations and work with the General Manager to meet top-line revenue and maintain food quality and service standards. The role requires a take-charge attitude, strong leadership, and the ability to drive budgets and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage Management and/or Hospitality and Tourism.
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in the F&B industry.
• Willing to travel store-to-store frequently and work on off-office hours when required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and direct operations at multiple retail locations within the territory.
• Plan, monitor and optimize daily activities with the ground team.
• Drive strategies to meet revenue targets and manage costs.
• Prepare monthly budgets for food, staff, and operations based on data.
• Create reports for Senior Management and participate in operations projects.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards and high service quality across stores.
