Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join their team in a stable, MNC environment. You will manage end-to-end IT service operations, provide Level 2 support for onsite users, and help maintain regional infrastructure with emphasis on documentation and license compliance.

The role focuses on M365/O365 support and ITIL-driven ticketing, with exposure to IT infrastructure or security advantageous for success.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with M365 / O365 in an enterprise environment.
• Proven track record in IT service delivery within an ITIL-based ticketing environment.
• Experience in IT infrastructure or security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT service operations by identifying, logging, and resolving incidents to minimize downtime.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for onsite users, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues.
• Maintain regional infrastructure through documentation, asset/inventory management, and software license compliance.
• Administer desktop tools including endpoint security, remote management, email security, and mobile device provisioning.
