Job summary

Concentrix Singapore is seeking a skilled M365 Consultant to design and optimize collaboration, content management, and productivity solutions across the Microsoft 365 suite. You will engage with clients to translate business needs into practical M365-based outcomes.

In this role, you’ll support SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot readiness discussions, lead workshops, document recommendations, and ensure governance and security considerations are baked into solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as M365 Consultant, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Solid experience with SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity or working knowledge of AIBS.
• Ability to support preliminary Microsoft Copilot discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting support across the M365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and related collaboration tools.
• Design, configure, and support SharePoint-based solutions for intranet, document management, collaboration, and information sharing.

We are looking for a M365 Consultant with experience in AIBS, SharePoint, and the Microsoft 365 suite. The role will support clients in designing and optimizing collaboration, content management, and productivity solutions across M365. The consultant should also be able to participate in preliminary Microsoft Copilot discussions, including use case exploration, readiness conversations, and high-level advisory support. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and requirements-gathering skills are essential.

Microsoft 365 Consulting and Solution Support

• Provide consulting support across the M365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and related collaboration tools
• Assess current client environments and recommend improvements aligned to business needs
• Support solution planning, configuration, adoption, and optimization initiatives
• Translate business requirements into practical M365-based solutions

SharePoint and Content Management

• Design, configure, and support SharePoint-based solutions for intranet, document management, collaboration, and information sharing
• Help define information architecture, permissions, governance, and content organization
• Support migration, modernization, and enhancement of SharePoint environments
• Promote best practices for usability, compliance, and content lifecycle management

AIBS Support

• Apply knowledge of AIBS to support relevant business and technical solution discussions
• Partner with internal and client teams to align AIBS capabilities with broader Microsoft 365 initiatives
• Assist in documenting requirements, workflows, and solution recommendations involving AIBS-related use cases

Copilot Readiness and Preliminary Discussions

• Participate in early-stage Copilot conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Explain Copilot capabilities, common use cases, licensing basics, data readiness concepts, and adoption considerations
• Help identify opportunities where Copilot may improve productivity, content generation, search, or knowledge work
• Escalate deeper architectural, security, or licensing discussions to specialized teams where needed

Stakeholder Engagement and Documentation

• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering meetings
• Prepare documentation such as solution summaries, recommendations, user guidance, and project updates
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
• Support change management and user adoption efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications

Core Experience

• Experience working as a M365 Consultant, Functional Consultant, or similar role
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite
• Solid experience with SharePoint Online
• Familiarity or working knowledge of AIBS
• Ability to support preliminary Microsoft Copilot discussions

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity workloads
• Knowledge of document management, permissions, governance, and information architecture
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related M365 services
• Awareness of security, compliance, and data governance concepts within Microsoft 365

Consulting and Communication Skills

• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to gather requirements and turn them into actionable recommendations
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business language

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications related to M365, SharePoint, or Modern Work
• Experience in digital workplace transformation or collaboration platform projects
• Exposure to adoption/change management activities
• Familiarity with Power Platform is a plus
