Job summary

Avanade Asia Pacific in Singapore seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 and AI Business Solutions professional with deep SharePoint expertise. You will engage business stakeholders, lead solution discussions, and guide organizations on their Microsoft 365 transformation journey, while supporting early Copilot conversations and adoption planning.

You’ll design architectures, mentor client teams, and drive successful adoption across SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook and the wider M365 suite.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of overall IT consulting and solution delivery experience.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Copilot Studio, OneDrive, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 transformation discussions with stakeholders.
• Support initial Copilot adoption discussions and planning.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to maximize digital workplace investments.
