Job summary

NTT Data Singapore is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and implement productivity solutions for digital workers in the banking environment. The role bridges business objectives and technology, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced productivity across the digital workforce.

You will lead design, drive technical leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance, with emphasis on Microsoft 365, Azure, telephony, endpoints, and secure IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture for productivity solutions and digital workforce in the banking industry.
• Certifications such as M365 or Azure Certified Solutions Architect are desirable.

• Technical Skills:
• Microsoft M365: Expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Azure Cloud Services: Proficiency in Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Telephony and Telecommunication: Experience with telephony systems and telecommunication technologies, ensuring robust communication solutions.
• Endpoint Design and Management: Strong knowledge of endpoint design, management, and security, including mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint protection platforms.
• Operating Systems: Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows 11 and similar platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as M365 Certifications, Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable.
