Job summary

BASE CAMP DIGITAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and lead the architecture of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments, advising stakeholders and shaping future collaboration technology, including early adoption of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.

You will own architecture, governance, security and integration with business systems, review implementations, monitor platform updates, and guide engineers through upgrades, pilots and future initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of hands-on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience.
• Ability to design enterprise-scale collaboration environments beyond administration.
• Strong governance, security, and permissions knowledge.
• Excellent communication to explain decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications such as 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders by translating business needs into practical, well-designed collaboration solutions.
• Lead technical discussions on integrating emerging tools such as Microsoft Copilot, assessing feasibility, data governance, licensing, and rollout planning.
• Establish best practices and standards for configuration, security, and maintenance of collaboration platforms.
• Review and guide engineers and administrators to ensure implementations align with architectural designs.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 platform updates and identify opportunities or risks for the organization.
• Support project planning and scoping for upgrades, pilots, and future initiatives.

• Proven ability to design and architect enterprise-scale collaboration environments beyond administration
• Strong knowledge of governance, security, and permissions models within SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Effective communication skills to explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or Microsoft Teams architecture
• Prior involvement in digital workplace transformation or platform migration projects
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent
