Job summary

LPS in Singapore is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to drive delivery, support, security, and governance of enterprise M365 services. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Microsoft 365 administration, support, and operational activities.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison with Information Security stakeholders, ensuring alignment with security and governance requirements.
• Manage and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related workloads.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
• Drive incident management, problem management, and RCA for complex issues.
• Lead change management activities, including CAB reviews and implementation planning.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, security policies, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure services.
• Support Azure tenant administration and integration with Microsoft 365.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement and automation.

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to drive the delivery, support, security, and governance of enterprise M365 services. This role combines deep technical expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem with strong stakeholder engagement and security governance responsibilities.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical lead for M365 operations while acting as a key liaison between technical teams, security stakeholders, and business users to ensure service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Microsoft 365 administration, support, and operational activities.
• Serve as the day-to-day liaison with Information Security stakeholders, ensuring alignment with security and governance requirements.
• Manage and support core Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related workloads.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
• Drive incident management, problem management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex technical issues.
• Lead change management activities, including CAB reviews and implementation planning.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure services.
• Support Azure tenant administration and integration with Microsoft 365 services.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, administration, or enterprise support environments.
• Proven experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring support and operations teams.

• Experience managing complex incidents and conducting detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and CAB governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required Certifications

One of the following certifications is highly preferred:

• Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• MS-100 / MS-101 (legacy equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Security certifications such as:
• SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator
• SC-200 Security Operations Analyst
• SC-400 Information Protection Administrator
• Previous experience as an IT Security Officer (ITSO) or Security Liaison.
• Experience supporting government, public sector, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
• Experience within managed services environments with SLA ownership and service accountability
