Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Operations Engineer to manage and support enterprise collaboration, messaging, and identity services in a Singapore-based environment. The role focuses on ensuring availability, security, and reliability of Microsoft 365 platforms while upholding organisational policies.

You will administer Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business, manage user lifecycles, and maintain security controls including MFA.

• Implement and maintain security configurations, including MFA, role assignments, and access controls.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues involving Microsoft 365 collaboration, messaging, and identity services.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Operations Engineer to manage and support enterprise collaboration, messaging, and identity services.The successful candidate will ensure the availability, security, and reliability of Microsoft 365 platforms while maintaining compliance with organisational policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Manage user account lifecycle activities using the Account Provisioning System, on-premises Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Configure and maintain mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online sites.
• Implement and maintain security configurations, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), role assignments, and access controls.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues involving Microsoft 365 collaboration, messaging, and identity services.
• Manage incidents independently and escape complex issues to Microsoft Support when necessary.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and configuration records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective user account lifecycle management.
• Provide operational backup and cross-functional support for other Category 1A roles when required.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services in enterprise environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 infrastructure and services.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
