Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management Engineer to support enterprise identity management, access controls, and governance across Microsoft 365 platforms in Singapore. You will manage identity lifecycle, RBAC, Conditional Access, and policy enforcement; collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure access, audit readiness, and documentation.

This role requires hands-on Entra ID experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to implement security controls

Qualifications

• Experience in identity and access management within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise identity management processes.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, RBAC, and Conditional Access.
• Experience troubleshooting identity, authentication, and access-related issues.
• Good technical documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
