Job summary

You will investigate incidents, coordinate with Microsoft 365 and infrastructure specialists, and execute SOPs and runbooks while ensuring accurate incident records and handover notes. Based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise IT operations and infrastructure support.

• Familiarity with on-premises infrastructure and hosting environments.
• Proven incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 services such as Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Support on‑premises enterprise infrastructure and hosting environments.
• Perform initial incident investigation and technical triage across collaboration, identity, and infrastructure services.
• Coordinate incident escalation with Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and infrastructure teams.
• Execute SOPs and operational runbooks; support backup verification and restoration activities.
• Offer coverage during staff absences and peak workloads; maintain incident records and handover notes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure service continuity and timely incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Support on-premises enterprise infrastructure and hosting platforms.
• Perform initial incident investigation, troubleshooting, and technical triage across collaboration, identity, and infrastructure services.
• Coordinate incident escalation and resolution with Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and infrastructure specialists.
• Execute established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational runbooks.
• Support service recovery, backup verification, and restoration activities during incidents.
• Provide operational coverage during staff absences, peak workloads, and resource shortages.
• Maintain accurate incident records, operational documentation, and handover notes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and effective incident resolution.
