Job summary

Daiya Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd seeks a skilled M&E technician to perform daily maintenance, servicing, and repairs of M&E systems in residential properties. You will conduct inspections, diagnose faults across electrical, plumbing, mechanical and air‑conditioning systems, and ensure all equipment is safe, functional and well documented.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in M&E and WSQ or ITE qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of working experience in M&E, preferably in residential.
• Strong hands-on experience in M&E works.
• WSQ qualification or ITE education in a relevant field.
• Able to work independently.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of M&E systems in residential properties.
• Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of M&E equipment and systems.
• Identify, diagnose, and rectify electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and air-conditioning faults.
• Perform hands-on repair and replacement of faulty components, fittings, and equipment.
• Carry out general building services and maintenance works when required.
• Ensure all M&E systems and equipment are safe, functional, and properly maintained.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance, inspections, repairs, and breakdowns.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and maintenance issues as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow all workplace safety procedures.
