Job summary

OG PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a maintenance professional to inspect and maintain building, M&E systems, and related services. The role involves handling preventive and corrective maintenance across plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, and general handyman tasks, while addressing management and tenant feedback.

You will supervise contractors, report issues, and perform ad hoc duties as assigned, contributing to safe and reliable building operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building, mechanical and electrical services and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems including plumbing, electrical, aircon, painting, general handyman repairs.
• Attend to building maintenance requests/feedback from management and tenants.
• Supervise contractors to ensure work is done in accordance to specifications.
• Report on any maintenance issues.
• Adhoc duties as assigned.
