Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician in Singapore to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building M&E systems.

You will inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, and address tenant requests with timely, quality service. You will coordinate with contractors, supervise works, and ensure compliance with standards. Knowledge of BMS/EMS is a plus; basic MS Word/Excel reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• Nitec or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical/Facilities Technology or FM.
• Higher Nitec or WSQ certification in Facilities or Building Maintenance is advantageous.
• 1 year minimum FM/BMS/EMS experience in commercial buildings or malls.
• Hands-on experience with M&E systems inspection and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of building facilities and M&E systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, BMS/EMS, and carpark systems.
• Attend to tenant maintenance requests and M&E service breakdowns.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure works meet specifications and standards.
• Follow up on rectification works, monitor progress, and update management.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility consumption for efficiency.
• Assist with emergency response procedures, including fire drills and testing.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and spare parts inventory.

• Attend to tenant feedback, maintenance requests, and breakdowns related to M&E services.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure maintenance and repair works are completed according to specifications and required standards.
• Follow up on rectification works, monitor progress, and provide timely updates to the management team.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility consumption to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with emergency response procedures, including fire drills, system shutdowns, and related testing.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and spare parts inventory.

Requirements

• Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Higher Nitec or relevant WSQ certification in Facilities or Building Maintenance will be an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, or M&E Operations, preferably in a commercial building or shopping mall.
• Hands-on experience in building inspections, basic repairs, and routine maintenance of M&E systems.
• Familiarity with contractor supervision and vendor coordination.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for maintenance reporting and documentation.
