DAIYA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a skilled M&E technician to perform daily maintenance, servicing, and repairs of building M&E systems in residential properties. You will conduct preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, keep clear records, and respond to urgent breakdowns while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

3-5 years of working experience in M&E, preferably in residential.
Strong hands-on experience in M&E works.
WSQ qualification or ITE education in a relevant field.
Able to work independently.
Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

Carry out daily maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of M&E systems in residential properties.
Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of M&E equipment and systems.
Identify, diagnose, and rectify electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and air-conditioning faults.
Perform hands-on repair and replacement of faulty components, fittings, and equipment.
Carry out general building services and maintenance works when required.
Ensure all M&E systems and equipment are safe, functional, and properly maintained.
Maintain proper records of maintenance, inspections, repairs, and breakdowns.
Respond to urgent breakdowns and maintenance issues as required.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow all workplace safety procedures.
