Job summary

APOLLO BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is hiring an M&E Site Supervisor in Singapore to supervise and coordinate all mechanical and electrical works at construction sites.

You will ensure works align with drawings, specifications, and schedules, coordinating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Certificate in a related discipline and at least 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore’s construction industry, with knowledge of local safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services or related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Singapore construction.
• Experience supervising M&E works on building projects.
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards, safety regs, and site procedures.
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple subcontractors.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience with HDB projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all M&E works at construction sites.
• Monitor site activities against drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, consultants on M&E matters.
• Conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Ensure all M&E installations comply with Singapore regulations and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues and coordination conflicts.
• Monitor subcontractors' progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating M&E installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on M&E progress.
• Ensure housekeeping and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on M&E work progress.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Experience in supervising M&E works for building construction projects.
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards, safety regulations, and site procedures.
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple subcontractors.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in HDB projects will have an added advantage.
