Job summary

Silver Seal Constructions (Pte. Ltd.) is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to oversee mechanical and electrical works at Singapore project sites.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades to ensure smooth execution according to drawings and schedules. Responsibilities include reviewing M&E drawings, monitoring progress, resolving issues, coordinating testing and commissioning, and ensuring compliance with Singapore codes, safety requirements and

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• Familiar with M&E drawings, site coordination, and construction processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works at project sites.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural, and other building services works to avoid clashes and delays.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship and installation quality.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and site coordination matters.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and rectification of M&E systems.
• Monitor subcontractors' work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Prepare and maintain site records, inspection reports, progress updates, and relevant M&E documentation.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with the project team on M&E-related matters.
• Ensure M&E works comply with relevant Singapore codes, regulations, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Assist the Project Manager / Site Manager with M&E planning, coordination, and project execution.
• Carry out any other M&E coordination duties as assigned.
