Job summary

Dfc Resources in Singapore is seeking a hands-on M&E Coordinator to lead coordination of mechanical and electrical works on our projects. You will liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to keep activities aligned with project schedules and safety standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of M&E coordination experience, a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and the ability to read and interpret M&E drawings to support on-site execution.

• Experience in M&E coordination on construction projects.

• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings.

• Coordinate M&E works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection systems.

• Monitor site progress, ensure works are carried out as per schedule, quality and safety standards.
• Attend site meetings, coordinate and resolve technical issues on site.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations and authority requirements.
