Job summary

GOLDEN SANDS CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to supervise on-site M&E works, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

You will liaise with consultants and subcontractors to ensure works align with approved drawings and specifications. You will review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions, monitor progress, and coordinate with architectural/structural teams to prevent clashes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of M&E coordination experience in building construction in Singapore.
• Knowledge of ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV systems.
• Familiar with local authority requirements and submission procedures in Singapore.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination and communication with consultants and subcontractors.
• Familiar with BIM coordination and clash detection (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning and coordinating M&E installation activities.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain site records for M&E works.

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of M&E systems such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV systems.
• Familiar with local authority requirements and submission procedures in Singapore.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with consultants and subcontractors.
• Familiar with BIM coordination and clash detection (preferred).
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (BIM knowledge is an advantage).
