Job summary

Hi-Tek Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a capable M&E Site Supervisor to oversee all M&E installation works on our Singapore projects, including electrical, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection and ACMV.

You will coordinate with architectural, structural and civil teams, ensure compliance with shop drawings and project specs, monitor progress, conduct inspections and support handover to clients while adhering to local authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• Certifications in construction safety and site supervision are advantageous.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Experience in HDB, residential, commercial, institutional or industrial projects preferred.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and Singapore construction practices.
