Job summary

Bescon Engineering Services in Singapore is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor for building M&E works. The role requires strong background in M&E supervision and site coordination in large-scale projects.

Applicants should have a polytechnic diploma, BCSS certification, and accreditation with JAC-IES/ACE, with at least 5 years on-site supervision and 10 years as an RTO, including 5 years in local large-scale M&E works. Overtime and shift duties are expected.

Job description

Qualification:

• Possess a Diploma from a Polytechnic or BCA Academy or relevant qualifications.


• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.


• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers.

Experience:

• Minimum five (5) years relevant site experience in the supervision of building M&E Services.


• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be in site management of works in local large-scale M&E building and infrastructure works.

Requirements:

• Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.


• Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.


• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.

Site Location:

• Singapore West Area.

Working Hours:

• 8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday, including 1-hour lunch time, and 8:30am to 12:30pm on Saturday.

Salary Range:

• (SGD) $ 6,000 per month.

Expected Commencement Date:

• November 2026.
