Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced M&E site supervisor to oversee electrical and mechanical works on-site in Singapore.

You will ensure adherence to drawings, authority requirements, and safety standards while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and the project team. Requirements include a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services, a valid M&E RTO certification, registration as an M&E RTO, and at least 3 years of on-site supervision experience with strong knowledge

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Possess valid M&E Resident Technical Officer (RTO) certification accredited by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
• Registered with the relevant authority as an M&E RTO in Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience in building or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of local authority regulations, codes of practice, and construction safety requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain proper site records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify and report non-compliance issues and follow up on rectification works.
• Assist the Qualified Person (QP) and project team in project execution and coordination.
